Tras los 571 tests PCR realizados a ciclistas y staff, hoy hemos sabido que dos ciclistas -Michael Matthews de Sunweb y Steven Kruijswijk de Jumbo Visma-y seis componentes de staff han dado positivo.<\/p>\n<p>Esto ha supuesto que los dos primeros tengan que abandonar la carrera. Kruijswijk tested positive on Covid-19 on the rest day. En el caso del equipo australiano, que ya perdi\u00f3 el s\u00e1bado por coronavirus a su jefe de filas Simon Yates, la decisi\u00f3n era dr\u00e1stica: abandonar la carrera. <\/p>\n<p>\u00ab<strong>Lamentablemente, este lunes por la noche hemos sabido que hab\u00edamos devuelto varios resultados positivos de COVID-19 de los miembros de nuestro personal despu\u00e9s de nuestra tercera ronda de pruebas en tres d\u00edas<\/strong>\u00ab,  manifestaba Brent Copeland, director del equipo. <\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo a las indicaciones de RCS Sport, organizador del Giro, esto supone que el equipo tenga que abandonar la ronda italiana. <\/p>\n<p>Pero la sorpresa ha sido que Jumbo Visma tambi\u00e9n lo hace.
